I have just had a wonderful week with my very own Victorian maid.  She loves to dress and serve as a Victorian Ladies Maid so I was in the life of luxury! She owns a stunning collection of outfits made especially for her in the style of Downton  Abbey. The only issue was it was almost too hot for her to wear her wigs.

Then back to heavy frosts!!

Our dungeon design team is in full swing and have many new projects to put in place over the coming months…..More news on that later.

I am looking forward to inviting back many of guests from last year as well as new friends.

So the Water was turned off, whilst we mopped up there was much welding and mending of pipes,  it turned the chef into Gordon Ramsey once again, nearly every second word began with an F, (mental note – must get a swear box) however  he turned the water back on, then another water leak, in the en-suite sink pipes, more water in the kitchen, again drying, welding,  swearing but he got it under control, turned on gas boiler, another pipe burst going to boiler, we got that under control but could not get boiler started.

Meanwhile i was trying to get in contact with the guests due, but without success.

We contacted the Gas boiler repair man, said he would get to us the next day, next day came and went, the next day was another promise, this was the day the guests arrived.  When they arrived, we explained the problems, they decided to sit it out, to much joking, were we running a theme holiday in honour of charles dickens -  ‘hard times at bleak house’. Could this become popular as a theme at the FD?

Eventually 9.30 in the evening that gas man cometh……thank goodness that my partner, alias the chef, alias the plumber, alias gordon ramsay had a complete spare boiler with spare parts??? Why? you might ask yourself, still who cares – The circuit board was soaked and dead and various other things, so with the help of the spare boiler, it was put back together and we had heating, so we celebrated with a shower, not all if us, together, you understand. the first one in to days, boy did we need it lol.  However stupid us, we turned the heating low overnight, big mistake, temps plummeted to minus 9, water froze, no water in house, but once again (Mr Ramsey) defrosted the outside water pipe with no other problems.  We have not turned down the heating since.

We breathed a sign of relief until (mr ramsey) tried to plumb in the new washing machine, not good to have no washing machine at a B & B . Back to story, washing machine turned on, water now appearing from back,  pipe to drain outside completely full of ice, once more those buckets were utilised.

You will be pleased to know, despite the continuing cold temperatures, and snow on the ground we have survived and we are open for business.

We are always happy to arrange a spanking bench in the house, bedroom or of course in front of the fire.

Well I am back from my UK visit so time to get down to sharing more of  my films with you. I have to say I get quite aroused tormenting males with my feet and this film: sweaty feet is especially that way.

I had just been to the gym my feet were very warm as I had been exercising hard too much good food!! and returning I made my boy clean first the trainers, then my socks and finally my sweaty feet. I am sure he loved every minute of it:
